SCF was created by the public sector for the public sector, offering a efficient and modern construction procurement process.
With over 14 years experience, we have delivered just under £7 billion worth of combined construction schemes, establishing us as a leading procurement framework. Our framework is modelled on ‘Two Stage Open book’ procurement, which makes the procurement process as effective as it can be through early engagement and collaborative working.
Our main focus is to support users through the whole process to ensure that they get maximum value and benefit from a form of project management. Our team of framework managers has helped clients to deliver around £500m building work every year since 2006 and we are experts in this way of working.
