Bristol Property Inclusion Commission and Partners
Please join us in celebrating the fourth anniversary of the Bristol Property Inclusion Charter during our event at the Watershed. Launched in 2019 the Charter was designed as a vehicle to promote and drive diversity and inclusion in the Bristol property industry.
Since then our founder, Karl Brown, and the Commission have been actively promoting the Charter, recruiting more signatories and advocating widely for improvement in ED&I in the Property and Construction sectors. Our 2023 event will include a panel of well-known and well-regarded members of our industry, who will share their journey whilst highlighting the barriers and challenges faced, as well as positive experiences.
We will go on to discuss where we think the industry currently is and what else needs to be done to become more diverse and inclusive. These discussions will be facilitated by our long-time friend and supporter who opened our launch event in 2019, Mrs Peaches Golding OBE CStJ. Our panellists include:
Karle Burford Partner and Director at AHR
George Hooton Commercial Surveyor at Hootons
Leticia Mandra Associate – Planning and Infrastructure at Womble Bond Dickinson
Cleo Allen Design Account Director at Andrew Henry Interiors
Tara Fraser Director of Build Collective and Co-Founder at Talk to the Rainbow
Following the main event there will be an opportunity for further discussion and networking at the main bar in the Watershed.
The event is supported and co-promoted by our friends at Constructing Excellence Bristol Club, Women In Property South West, Women in Planning and Design West.
