Constructing Excellence Devon are delighted to be hosting A presentation on ‘Leadership and creating a winning team‘ with Susie Appleby, Head Coach for Exeter Chiefs Women.

Susie represented England at the 1998 Women’s Rugby World Cup, She was an assistant coach for the England Women’s sevens and a runner-up on SAS: Are You Tough Enough? A serving police officer, Susie joined the fledgling Exeter Chiefs Women as Head Coach who In their second season, reached the first final in their history, against Harlequins Women in the Allianz Cup.

This event will give us a great insight into the leadership skills used in elite sport and how they can be transferred into a business environment.
