Langarth Garden Village (LGV) will not only provide a mix of housing types, scale and tenures to meet the local needs, it focuses on constructing infrastructure first.

To that end, we are proud to present the design for the first phase of LGV, which includes 6 main parks / green spaces and a series of local linear parks/ green corridors along with the first Primary School. These provide essential recreational, amenity, play, drainage, growing and natural wildlife green spaces to create a place to live, work and thrive.

• Presentation: 30 mins (joint Arcadis & LGV LLP).
• Site Visit: 45-60 min walkaround
• Standard PPE required.
