Constructing Excellence Cornwall Hub has been invited to visit an ongoing project at Barteliver, nr. Grampound Road, Cornwall, to see how the consideration of existing materials is saving money and building a sustainable product.

The craftsmen and women at Ilex Construction take pride in being resourceful and respectful in the way they view and deal with construction site materials. Old materials are viewed as a resource in this real-world example of circular economy principles.
