Construction has an ageing workforce with almost half of personnel aged between 45 and 65. We have full order books – yet limited new recruits. We need to evolve as an industry with new skills, ideas and ways of working.

Mental Health and Wellbeing in Construction: Giving people a voice
CESW recognise that mental health and wellbeing is an area that requires focus and attention. CEO, Andrew Carpenter recognises that the people who make up the construction supply chain are very diverse and complex.
Diploma in Collaborative Working in Construction
CESW is all set to deliver this twelve month online course on one half day a month followed by additional reading material, homework and an indication how what has been learned will be included in the delegates’ day-to-day activities.
