DESCRIPTION:The fbe Great Western Branch is continuing its collaboration series with other industry bodies and pleased to be able to co-host this debate on a real issue we are facing in pre-contract.\nIn collaboration with Construction Excellence South-West\, you are invited to join us to participate in a workshop to review the issues and develop ideas and strategies on how we can improve the two-stage procurement route. \nThe workshop will be facilitated by industry experts and will explore 4 primary areas: the role of the client\, cost planning & procurement\, design and sustainability.\nThe outputs from this session will be captured by CESW and published as guidance for good practice.
