DESCRIPTION:With the introduction of the Building Safety Act\, everyone in the supply chain has a responsibility to demonstrate competence and compliance. \nThe BSA is a legislative framework designed to enhance the safety of buildings\, in particular high-rise and multi occupancy residential buildings. The talk will provide an overview of the act\, why it was introduced and how the regulations aim to ensure that all buildings\, in particular high-rise buildings are designed\, constructed\, and managed to be safe for occupants. \nThis will be presented by Paul Chapple\, Director at Bailey Partnership. \nThis event is online and the link will be sent 24 hours before the event starts.
