DESCRIPTION:Classic Builders has been appointed to deliver Exeter City Council’s flagship housing development. \nThe 91 apartment scheme on Vaughan Road in Exeter is the largest certified multiblock Passivhaus scheme currently being delivered in the South West. \nSet over three phases\, the project is constructed using an interlocking MMC clay block\, and administered using the unique and highly-collaborative JCT Constructing Excellence Contract form. \nWinner of numerous LABC brick awards for excellent site management and operational standards\, the scheme is a one of a kind in the region and a benchmark for quality\, compliance\, and sustainability. \nAs longstanding advocates for collaboration and knowledge sharing\, Classic Builders is offering a rare opportunity for guests to come and enjoy a meet and greet with the award-winning team\, a tour of the project\, and to learn more about the Construction Excellence contract being used. \nMembers to access these tickets\, please login to your CESW Members account. \nPlease bring your own PPE for this site visit.
