Delay and Prolongation: Managing Risk, Quantification and Disputes
Join Michelmores and SOCOTEC Advisory for a practical breakfast seminar reviewing how Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors can best manage delay and prolongation events under construction contracts.
The seminar will explore practical delay management, including: how delays are recorded, evidenced, and losses quantified; early steps to protect entitlement; and key issues arising under JCT 2024 and NEC4 contracts as projects move into dispute territory. This will be an opportunity for contractors to gain an insight into how best to present claims and how developers may better understand the associated risks.
The talk will be delivered jointly by legal and forensic specialists, with time for discussion and questions.
