This workshop is open to PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY THEME GROUP MEMBERS and policy and strategic stakeholders that understand the regional priorities e.g. LEPs, Councils, all strategic regional clients etc

As part of Constructing Excellence’s support to the Construction Innovation Hub for the Value Toolkit we are running a n online workshop on 6 December 2.00 – 4.00 to establish regional value priorities for the South West Region.

As a key regional stakeholder we would be delighted if you could join us to help us establish and prioritise a regional value profile for the South West.  This builds on the outputs from our previous workshop where we mapped policy drivers to value categories.  In this session we will be prioritising the value categories and agreeing a set of regional outcome statements.  We want to understand from an industry perspective how these value drivers are perceived by the supply chain and any variations there may be across the region.  Your knowledge and understanding at a regional level will be critical to help us establish a robust value profile.
