Constructing Excellence Cornwall Hub works with local companies, bringing together key players in the Cornwall construction and development sector including clients, consultants, contractors and supply chain members. Our main areas of focus are disseminating best practice, advancing education and construction skills in Cornwall, and acting as a voice for our members to feed into strategic plans such as the LEP Construction Strategy and Cornwall Council plans.
We have a single page plan in place to guide our activities throughout the year, and meet once a quarter to discuss and share knowledge. We aim to organise two larger events per year. Our members also attend events in the region and promote the CESW agenda to drive change in the construction sector and promote best practice, making the most of excellent networking opportunities and participating in the Thought Leadership Theme Groups run by CESW.
Topics likely to be a key part of our activities going forward will be the Net-zero carbon, Building Safety, Digital and Supply Chain Challenges. Please join our Hub to get involved and shape our future activities.
