Building Beyond the Barriers – paving the way for tomorrow’s construction
CESW is very excited to have Generation 4 Change South West at the forefront of the upcoming 2024 summit. As an organisation, G4C’s mission is to influence change and be the young professional voice of the construction industry, so we are looking forward to discussing a range of important issues and opportunities that will help us to drive improvement in construction.
All of the topics selected are extremely relevant in terms of breaking down existing barriers and shaping the future of the sector. G4C South West is particularly focused on encouraging students of school age to consider a career in the built environment, so we are keen to share ideas of how we can inspire the next generation, and put these into action.
