
The IKB is a pilot project that aims to connect young construction students/professionals or those new to the industry with retired or retiring professionals, in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, experience and skills built over decades within the construction industry, ensuring they are not lost to future generations.
Students, early-career professionals and those new to the industry are warmly invited to attend this FREE event with refreshments.
They’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced construction professionals, build valuable connections and gain insights that will support your growth in what can often be a complex and challenging industry. This informal, relaxed gathering offers a chance to ask questions and receive real-world advice to help you navigate your future construction career with confidence.
Senior professionals, retired or retiring, are also invited to join and help shape the future of our industry by by sharing your wealth of experience, practical knowledge and industry-critical skills with those at the start of their journey. Your contributions can really make a difference in shaping the future of the construction sector.
