The Project: The construction of the first true net zero operational carbon, 4-star hotel consisting of 5148qm of floor space over 4 storeys. Facilities to include; 142 bedrooms (comprising a mix of DDA, standard and executive rooms, suites and apartments), bar and restaurant space along with private dining, conference space and a gym/fitness centre along with hard and soft landscaping providing 96 parking spaces including electrical vehicle charging points and an improved ecological habitat.
