Please come and join Constructing Excellence on a Site Visit of the hotly anticipated Zeal Hotel, kindly hosted by Red Construction.
The Project: The construction of the first true net zero operational carbon, 4-star hotel consisting of 5148qm of floor space over 4 storeys. Facilities to include; 142 bedrooms (comprising a mix of DDA, standard and executive rooms, suites and apartments), bar and restaurant space along with private dining, conference space and a gym/fitness centre along with hard and soft landscaping providing 96 parking spaces including electrical vehicle charging points and an improved ecological habitat.
Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
5-point PPE is required [boots, hi-viz vest / coat, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses].
