Constructing Excellence Devon is delighted to be holding a site visit to Oldway Mansion kindly hosted by MW Benney.
MW Benney Ltd are proud to be part of the first major phase of restoration at Oldway Mansion in Paignton. This landmark project, led by Torbay Council, is focused on making the building structurally sound and carefully preserving its historic features for the future.
The team is delivering essential works, including roof repairs, vital structural opening-up and remedial works, as well as the protection of delicate interiors. By working closely with conservation specialists, they are ensuring every stage is handled with the highest level of care. This is a fantastic opportunity to help safeguard one of Torbay’s most iconic heritage sites, while also showcasing MW Benney’s expertise in complex restoration and construction projects.
