The 91 apartment scheme on Vaughan Road in Exeter is the largest certified multiblock Passivhaus scheme currently being delivered in the South West.
Set over three phases, the project is constructed using an interlocking MMC clay block, and administered using the unique and highly-collaborative JCT Constructing Excellence Contract form.
