The Charter outlines ECC’s aspirations for achieving excellence in design quality, sustainability, and placemaking for new developments in Exeter. It forms a pivotal part of the new Exeter Design Quality Partnership (EDQP), uniting the City Council, developers, and stakeholders to elevate standards collaboratively.

Our shared vision aims to make Exeter inclusive, healthy, and sustainable. Roger and his team are keen to work with developers and consultants to improve the quality of development in Exeter so this should be a fascinating insight into how this could be achieved.
